Add an ending timestamp for database schema and re write availabily check when creating an appointment to match

As of now the query string to select particular appointments needs a start boundary and an end boundary and retrieves appointments in between the two timestamps.

On touch screen devices the last pressed date button remains active/focused after using the browsers back button
