I checked out the repo and made a local host for it. I see the following in my browser:

What should I do to get it running?

Using python 3.5

I was mostly interested in seeing how the email read status would update the read count on sidebar. Would be very useful for learning.

When I run the application in Firefox, I get a blank page and the following error in the web console.

TypeError: menuButton is null index.html:51

I'm confused because this is an error within a YUI setup call and I thought that the application was a demonstration of React JS.
