Unable to replicate CO Case Study

I am currently trying to replicate the Cardiac Output case study using MatLab R2020a via Citrix Workspace on a Windows 10 OS. I currently have PATHS.storage_folder = 'C:/Desktop/'; and have followed the current directions provided in GitHub. I was wondering if a member of the original team would be able to help me with this issue and get the code to run successfully.

Thanks

Stiffness of ageing vessels

Thanks for this great database.

After reading your paper "Modelling arterial pulse waves in healthy ageing" it is not totally clear to me how you estimate the stiffness of all the segments. My guess is that you estimate Eh from equation 3 in the vessels where you have PWV measurements, and use equation 2 for all the other vessels. Since k3 changes with age this would result in all the vessels becoming stiffer over time, even those whose radius remains constant. Is this correct? Thanks.

The variable 'output_folder' in "extract_pwdb_simulation_data.m"

Hello, thanks for your great work. When running the script "extract_pwdb_simulation_data.m", I encountered an error that the variable "output_folder" (line156) cannot be recognized. I noticed that it does not seem to be defined in the script. Could you please give some suggestions?

Diameter of ageing vessels

Thanks for this great database.

After reading your paper "Modelling arterial pulse waves in healthy ageing" it is my understanding that the lumen diameter is increased only in a few vessels (aorta and carotid), according to the formula in Table A2. Can you confirm this? Am I right in assuming that other vessels, eg intracranial, do not have their diameter modified as result of ageing? Thanks.

Time Vector of the data

Thanks in advance for your great work.

I descried my question with an example of dataset:

In Femoral_P csv file, the first column is subject number and there are columns with pt1 ... pt487 names. Are the duration between samples (for instance pt1 and pt2) are the same for all subjects?

There are some None values some subject have more data point.
If I want to compare 2 of them how should I procced?
Should I simply remove the extra data from one of them (for example just get 300 first columns)?
