When I tried to compile CSparse under MSVC2012, I had to define NCOMPLEX , and exclude this file from compiling. I saw you are also handling it this way. Is there any potential problems by excluding cs_convert.c?

When I try to run cs_install and I met the problem.
fatal error: 'cs.h' file not found
And I am using MacOS, I have no idea what's going on.

How to solve/change this piece of code using cxsparse.

      	SparseMatrix<double> A(cInd, kVar);
    
	A.setFromTriplets(triplets.begin(), triplets.end());

	Eigen::SPQR<SparseMatrix<double> > solver(A)
	VectorXd res = solver.solve(B.block(0,0,cInd,1));
