Compat Layer doesn't compile against curren't PermissionsEx

You renamed getPermissionValue to getOptionValue, but didn't change PermissionHandler

PEX + = plugins don't see group name. P 2.7 comaptibility?

PEX + Residences = Residences don't see group name.

When i switch to PermissionsBukkit residences reads my group.

Residence 2.3.9 (Perms true, Legacy true)

PEX + Compat + Residences

Residences only read global group, its up to PEX to determine world and send specified group from world or residences?

Its totally ignoring world group and always get ether user specified group or default.

Does not compile since bukkit-1.1-R5

Since Bukkit 1.1 R5 the classes org.bukkit.util.config.Configuration and org.bukkit.util.config.ConfigurationNode have been removed.
This makes it impossible to compile this plugin on the newer bukkit releases.

See as this is more of an api any changes would affect lot's of plugins.
I tried to fix this myself but am not sure where to start.
