Another Quarentine Time Passer

Contents:

• jabo.py - describes the game board and its rules.
• user_play_jabo.py - simple cli user interface to the board.
• random_play_jabo.py - a random search over the game space.
• tree_search_jabo.py - a tree-based search over the game space.

I'll hopefully make another pass at usability and generate some stats / graphics soon
