Can't install in windows , Directory problems

Hi , my hostkit files are in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\xxxdomain
And the app folder's real path is C:\Inetpub\vhosts\xxxdomain\app And it has proper permissions ,
But the hostkit shows that the real path of ../../app is in C:/app/cache .
I think it's a big issue and I can't install hostkit in my windows server 2012 r2 (Plesk) until fixed .
