Great example - good candidate for Vue sample page

This is a great Vue sample project. I think it shows how to structure an app into components and how to communicate between them. Using refs makes sense here because the App is coordinating between Options and Board. I usually favor using a Vue instance as an event bus to communicate between components but it does couple the components to the event bus and it's really only useful for non-sibling component communication, like between a component in the header and a component in the body.

I think anyone who doesn't know Vue can look at the source code and figure out what's going on. That's why Vue is great.

@yyx990803 This would be a good example for the Vue examples page http://vuejs.org/v2/examples/
