Its working fine in IE 11 and in FireFox but its not working in Google Chrome browser Version 46.0.2490.86

I've a 2560x1440 monitor and at first I don't see the scroll bar
but when I minimize the browser it's working fine..
you must force the scroll bar to appear whatever the resolution is.

How does the performance of this example scale with the number of users? I mean, loading all at once and storing it in a session. Is it really practial?
