Could you please share some settings for a silicone hose having 4mm ID and 6mm OD ?

I've set d_hose = 6 and hose_wall = 1 but OpenSCAD is writing: Warning: hose OD is too big, hose guides will touch & wear the hose

What's the meaning of r_hose and which value should I set ?

I am new to arduino and I would like to try this project. I got all the items listed or similar ones. Afterwards I got confused how to make them run. Do you solder all the parts together, I mean the connections? Because I got breadbord but I am lost how to run this project with it. And you listed adapter and I also got it. But then I see there is no connection for adapter. So I am just making trials with what I have but it would be nice to run your project too because I have all the parts you listed.

I have a question refered to 47u slots in PCB scheme. These two slots are for 47 microFarads capacitors?

The code will not verify in Arduino 1.8.7 Also INO.File cannot be named "Peristaltic pump.ino".. No spaces aloud.. Sorry, I don't like to point at issues.
