For the engineering gamemode, it needs to be possible to open the relay boxes under the trains to see and replace relays, as well as to test voltages.

@PhoenixBlack mentioned he'd like players to receive a score based on how many relays have to be replaced before a train is fixed.

For that to happen, each train should probably create a 'work order' when pulled into a depot. This could optionally be annotated with symptoms of the train malfunction, which would be nice if some people wish to drive trains and other people wish to fix them (or if AI were to drive and break trains to have them fixed, which might be necessary unless mean-time-till-failure for relays is made unrealistically fast).

The engineer should have to signal that the work order is complete (after having done all necessary tests), and should gain the score for it then if all faulty relays are fixed, and probably lose marks if not.

Currently, the manual contains pictures of signals, but not signs. I need to take these all from the ISI manual. I might need some help translating them.

After the glossary, there is a section on the circuit breakers, commented out. It needs filling in and descriptions adding.
