Missing dependencies wmm.h and ivss.h

Hello I tried to build this on Linux (with porting to XP12 in mind) but some dependencies are missing:

  • wmm.h
  • ivss.h

I was able to replace wmm.h with the 2020.0 NOAA WMM, some function names have changed others deprecated, which was OK but where can I find this 'Internal vessels systems simulator' library? The GitHub links from FWAS repo lead to 404 error: https://github.com/FoxWorks/FWAS/tree/master/external
