Do not commit a generated file which does not compile

e.g. the following caused by an incorrectly generated extension name parameters:

How to add install third-party extensions?

Hi, after phpactor/worse-reflection#107 I've created https://github.com/Slamdunk/phpactor-extension which:

But .phpactor extension:install slam/phpactor-extension keeps raising:
