It would be useful to have lcov for checking the latest information about test coverage on local machine.

I suggest adding lcov extension to this image https://hub.docker.com/r/herdphp/phpqa/
Because http://gcov.php.net/ not always shows code coverage relevant data

Questions to answer could include:

• Which repo do I fork?
• What is a good way to format and word a PR so that it is more likely to be accepted?
• Which php-src directories do I pay attention to? Which do I leave alone?
• How do we mark our tests or PRs to show that they are part of PHP TestFest?
• How do we mark our tests or PRs to show that we are part of a specific group for PHP TestFest?

Can we please disable the automatic reply from Coveralls? The response in the check below each PR is enough I think, we are getting spammed, see #12

Currently https://phptestfest.org/ is showing only a placeholder.

It would make sense to have it hosted in this repo, with separated gh-pages branch, containing basic info and communication channels (IRC, Slack links, etc) and link to Github repository itself.

At the very bottom, there is a link to a test fest website, but not the current one. Although this isnt directly tied to this website, it would be good to have that link updated. Perhaps someone with enough karma on the PHP Wiki can do it?

What else should this "Lead a PHP TestFest Event" packet include?

At this moment, if you install and run https://packagist.org/packages/phpc/testfest you see that there's a command there named phpt:skeleton, but it's not implemented yet.

It would be fine if it create a complete .phpt file from scratch as a template, then the users could start to write their own tests on top of that generated file.

As a starting point, we have lots of examples on https://phptestfest.org/resources/.
