How much is a gallon of gas

Alice fails this query, says it's not a shopping not. This needs to be
corrected in the description or in the bot itself.

Cannot access menu on Samsung Galaxy Note 4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open app called CallMom
2. Ask in MANY ways how to open the settings, or to switch personalities
3. Try to slide the screen in many ways

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to access the menu, she kept telling me look to the right. All I
see is the main screen, a text input area, and a speak button. Saying "I want
to speak to Spock" or another personality only makes her say do you have an
appt with them? and variously says stock instead of Spock, and Mitsuoko
(mih-tsu-o-ko) instead of Mitsuko, doesn't recognize her name or what a
personality is. If you ask how to open the settings she says bash it open
violently (I can't remember the exact words).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android OS, KitKat 4.4.4; product is version 0.2.9.6 (from the google store,
today 05Jan2015

Please provide any additional information below.
Using a Samsung Note 4, also have a Jabra headset, but haven't been using it.
On the Note 4, there is no "menu button" as a lot of apps think there is. This
app may be thinking there is. Either way, the settings isn't to the right, nor
is there a button for it. Apps need a icon in-app for settings (standard icon
on the note 4 is three dots one above each other in a vertical line).

Feature Request: default is "speak" is on

When the CallMom app is on, I would like to see the default be that the user
does not need to press the speak button - it's assumed that that is what the
user wants to do.

Or - this could be a setting that the user could select.

Incorporating this project to a pandorabots chatbot

This isn't really an issue, but I haven't been able to find a better place to
ask about this.

I have an AIML chatbot hosted on pandorabots and I've been looking for a
project exactly like this. Basically I want the chatbot to be responsive to
queries i.e. user asks it to define something and it will look it up on the
internet and reply. This project appears to do exactly that.

What I've done is uploaded most of the callmom AIML files to the pandorabot,
but it doesn't seem to be working. My guess is that pandorabots doesn't
support the 'oob' tags.

So my question is: is there a way to incorporate this project into a pandorabot?

Again, apologies if this is the wrong place to post this request and I would be
more than happy to ask it again on a different forum if need be. Thanks so much!

Option to turn-on CallMom "Speak" button continuously hands-free

Request for enhancement:
1. Current process is to select "Speak" button to provide voice input manually.

2. CallMon respond to voice input and wait for "Speak" button to be selected
next manually.

3. Can we have an option in Setting to allow "Speak" button to be turn-on
continuously? i.e. Google voice input will be active.
It will mean that CallMom's interactive screen will be in foreground and Google
voice input in the background. Perhaps an icon on top bar to show google voice
input is running in background?

My phone model is Samsung Galaxy S2 running Android 4.0.3.

This will save time in using CallMom continously for real world applications
using smart phone. For more advance option: ability to turn on CallMom's
processing with CallMom Activate and Off commands.

Feedback in App

There should be a way to report feedback on a bot from within the app. It can
be as simple as launching a browser and navigating to an online form.

Display limited to two lines

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Say anything to the bot that results in more than two lines of text being
returned. On the HTC EVO, this works with "How do I text?"
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would expect to see all the text.

Switching bots takes an extra round of input/output

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Say "switch me over to captain kirk"
2. Bot will respond with "Goodbye from <existing bot>..."
3. Say "who are you?"
4. Bot will respond with whatever the original bot would say
5. Say "who are you?"
6. Captain Kirk will now respond with whatever he would say

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This shouldn't take the extra step

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Too many SET PREDICATES

SET PREDICATES is sent too many times.

I think I know why this is. On my phone (and I assume others), if you roatate
the phone horizontalyl to make a wider screen, the app starts again and so the
first thing that it does is call the SET PREDICATES category.

Some bot properties not being displayed

This response

<random>
  <li>I am living in <bot name="location"/>.</li>
  <li>My location is <bot name="location"/>.</li>
</random> Where are you?

generates:

Human: where do you live
ALICE: My location is . Where are you?

But "location" is set in bot properties

Trying to connect to my existing Pandorabot, Louise Cypher, using the custom personality option. However I just get error saying Network Conection lost, please try again. Connection is still there however and I can always connect to the default bot.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. CallMom settings - Select your own Pandorabot
2. Enter Pandorabots server ( I enter Pandorabots.com )
3. Enter your Bot ID ( I enter B4fa092c8e361beb )

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I then send hello, (have tried but text and voice) and expect to get
a response like Hello there and welcome to EVIL Limited.

Instead I 'always' get a message saying sorry Network connection lost please
try again. ( This does not happen whenever I talk to the default bot Mitsuku )

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Beta

Please provide any additional information below.
CallMom here is being used on a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone, using the Android Ice
Cream Sandwich operating system.
