Missing `CMakeLists.txt` in this repo

The latest commit is about using cmake to build sqlsmith. But CMakeLists.txt can not be found in the repo.

configure failed with `could not find libpq-fe.h header`

Fix, in the configure file, change

char conninfo="dbname = postgres";

to

const char* conninfo="dbname = postgres";

cmake missing `config.h.in`

config.h.in was required from cmake, however it's also in git ignore file. Is this file ignored?
