Create frontend ui with textarea and preview area

  • Add React frontend

Implement preview update whilst typing in textarea

  • Typing text in #editor should update #preview to display the text content
  • Typing GitHub flavoured markdown in #editor should be rendered as HTML in #preview
  • Add default text in #editor with at least:
    • header (H1 size)
    • sub header (H2 size)
    • link
    • inline code
    • code block
    • list item
    • blockquote
    • image
    • bold text
  • On first load, the default markdown in #editor should be rendered as HTML in #preview
  • #preview should also render carriage returns as br (line break) element
