Mathetes !dict should follow redirects

Example:
!dict dicot gives:

di·cot noun: 1. see dicotyledon.

This could automatically call !dict dicotyledon if there is only the one 'redirect' definition.

I'll take a look at doing this.

Links for multiple commits

It should link to a compare view rather than one of the commits:

Google Search

Google has recently changed over to standard HTTPS for searches, this in turn does not return any results for http searches, so the plugin is broken. I have looked through it but the only thing I can think of is its just not written for SSL.

Wiki is out of date.

There is no real way to find out how to use one of the plugins other than just guessing and checking commands. Even Google wasn't in the Wiki until I added it. The wiki needs an update bad.

I can do this, but I need the information. A list of each plugin with how to use it and I can fill out the wiki.

Greeting plugin

A plugin to greet users that have not been seen before. Per-channel customizable greeting, with "warm up" period of x days to fill a blacklist for known old-timers.
