###animateDiffeo This script uses ffmpeg under the LGPLv2.1.
Calls ffmpeg to create a 50 fps animation of all jpeg files in your directory. Specify source directory, number at end of filename, and output filename (with type extension). Designed for use with output of a modified version of a Matlab image-scrambling script. Call (from containing directory, e.g.) using following syntax:
animateDiffeo <path/to/source/directory> <number> <output_name.filetype>
###organizeIms Organizes images, as output from a Matlab image scrambling script, into folders by original image (i.e., consolidates versions 1-80 of Im_1 into folder named Im_1). Supports up to 99 source images as-is; can be easily updated by adding a condition to line 23. Runs in bash >= 3.0. Call using the following syntax:
organizeIms <number_of_source_images>

Calls sips
to batch-convert png images to jpeg. Runs from current directory. Call using following syntax:
./png2jpg <output_folder_name>
