Feat: Websocket support
Bug: Route matching has issues with trailing slash

The notfound-handler is not triggering when enabling the CORS-plugin on non-existing routes.

Due to how we strip slashes the root route is working as a full wildcard.

While convenient, it's an external dep that could be removed by using golangs 1.21 slog-feature. Test and see if it covers our use case.
