Write a project summary for this outline of a project

This will require ejecting the React Native app, since the authentication library uses native android/ios utilities.

• Step 1: SMART sandbox
• Step 2: App Orchard sandbox
• Step 3: Test accounts at one of the listed institutions
• Step 4: Real accounts if we have one at one the institutions

• Fetch the correct metadata based on the location chosen by the user
• For testing, include App Orchard sandbox as one of the locations. Test an external launch in the Patient context - in other words, MyChart authentication.
