Add a screenshot/-cast to README

It seems like a good idea to add a visual example of how to use hmm in the README, showcasing one or a few common workflows. If we go for a static showcase, we can just add it as a codeblock instead of an image/video.

Maybe something like this at the top (a shorter, edited excerpt)? 🤔
