Include website listeners (websocketpipe.listenercount oderso) in the number of votes needed for a voteskip
Add a command to check if a vote is running that returns the current vote state (the same that the vote command returns as result).

Assumption: This happens when a song that is not in a playlist was played before.

Allows fixing of down links without deleting, then readding.

This will allow oauth-token generation

Logs are inconclusive. Assumption is that autofill does not start playing when the song before wasn't properly started (e.g. because youtube-dl failed).
