Maybe it is better to putt this informations to a HUD like in Games.
Something like this:

Possible Informations: (Playerinfo)
Top Left:

• Avatar (if Possible)
• Playerlevel
• Progressbar for EXP (With Values)
• Stardust

Bottom Left: (Pokemon Info)

• Pokemon caught (Session)
• Pokedex seen/caught
• Count Eveolved / Transfered
• Last caught Pokemon (with Picture)
• Inventory (Free/Max)

Bottom Right: (Incubator Info)

• Active Incubators with needed distance
• Count Eggs in Inventory

Top Right: (Inventory-Info)
Inventory Overview

• If possible with all Items and Count
• If not (Berrys and Pokeballs)

Bottom Middle:
Buttons for Settings, Pokemon Inventory, Incubator etc.
Maybe This Buttons are Better nearly the Info Corners.
