There is an issue with the main background animation.
The animation sheet doesn't appear to load and no frames are available.
This animation is blitted with differing frames at each quarter of the screen.

Currently the lack of success in loading the image means that the screen isn't cleared (The bg is used to clear the screen)

Best case: fix the animation.
Mid Fix: use a static image bg instead of the animation.
Worst Fix: Clear to black before drawing game elements.

Navigating the menu system does not work as expected.
Each selection displays the "Select CromoZome" screen and then once selected the game segfaults out.
