Unsound implementation leads to misaligned pointer dereference

The source of unsoundness

First of all, there are similar unsound implementation in get and put.

rusttests/src/bit_array.rs

let dword: u64 = unsafe { *ptr };

They both tried to cast u8 to u64 and created a misaligned pointer. In put, the misaligned pointer was deref at line 61, and in get, deref occurred at line 52.

To reproduce the bug

Simply running cargo test could trigger the first undefined behavior
