Tests for the flask and util methods.

This includes anything that's not flask-specific (importing/exporting data, generating the data list, constructing the pygal dataset, etc)

Generating a graph that actually 'bins' the data would be good. This might involve making a list of dictionaries, shouldn't take too long.

Embarrassing story time:

There once was a developer that kept adding and modifying features. And this developer decided to dockerize his app but he had no idea what he was doing so he kept breaking the database whenever he built and ran an updated version of the app. His solution was to manually copy and re-enter all of the data but he knew this wasn't feasible if there got to be too many entries so he got scared. He could either stop adding features or figure out a better solution to the problem. And then he made an issue on Github and hoped he'd figure something out.

So yeah. I need a way to preserve the database between app upgrades and I'm really not sure how.

Currently the download links don't download anything.

There's already an export function that spits out a newline separated dataset, I also need a method that imports data from a given dataset in case something happens to the database.
