Groundnet with 'General Aviation' parking only is rejected

Only groundnets with at least 1 gate parking spot can be uploaded.
But many smaller airports only service general aviation. To allow players to spawn there a proper groundet is required.
I'd suggest to e.g. add a warning to the check results like 'Warning: no 'commercial aviation'/gate parkings defined.'

The AI system actually allows/supports ga traffic, it just isn't used that much.
Probably the same applies to cargo/mil/mil cargo - only airports.

Overlapping ParkPos check doesn't match GroundNetTest.testIntersectingParking from terrasync/main check

Check results show no errors. But pull request check finds overlapping parking positions.

Is it possible to have FG-airports check the same radius as GroundNetTest.testIntersectingParking in the pull request check?

Parking radius causing pull failure

While we're on parking radii, it appears that the radius of the stand and the shape of the stand differ. flightgear-airports does not see the error, but "travis" does.
In the first pic there are no radius intersects during edit mode and the check process doesn't generate an error.

But I believe that the final check on the terrasync pull sees it like the second pic.
