Predictor for other CLI tools (winget, gh...)

Summary of the new feature / enhancement

If we enable tab completion for other CLI tools (winget, dotnet, git, gh), is it possible to leverage it in the CompletionPredictor? Or, that predictor works only with #PowerShell commands?

OCGV: column header is too much to the right

Prerequisites

• Write a descriptive title.
• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
• Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

If I Output to a consolegridview, I would expect the column header to be above the columns itself. Currently they seem to be two space to the right?
Get-process | out-consolegridview

Expected behavior

Be in line with the column

Actual behavior

Two position more to the right
