powmedia / mongoose-taggable Goto Github PK

I have a schema called "Course" and I'd like it to have both tags and prerequisites, which would behave like tags. Is it possible to use taggable for both of these on the Course schema? I have tried this but it doesn't work for the prereqTags, just the tags:

CourseSchema.plugin(taggable, [{ path: 'tags' },{ path: 'prereqTags' }]);

It would be great to support adding multiple tags on a model.

For example I can do this:

VendorSchema.plugin(taggable, {'path':'tags1'});
VendorSchema.plugin(taggable, {'path':'tags2'});
VendorSchema.plugin(taggable, {'path':'tags3'});

but there is no way to specify that I want to add a tag to tag1 versus tag2.

Any ideas? We've executed something similar with https://github.com/aaronfrey/mongoose-taggable/commit/b671ab354cd8424aaa9276ab6e89d55bc64218e7 but its not the most robust approach. Any suggestions?
