When I tried Availability on Baikel server with the docker image it gives operation not supported error.

As mentioned on http://sabre.io/dav/building-a-caldav-client/ section "Finding out if anything changed" I have to made a REPORT call to /calendars/johndoe/home/.

But I get an HTTP 415 response code and the follwing message:
3.1.3 Sabre\DAV\Exception\ReportNotSupported

So how have I to check for changes (new events, delete events, edited events).

In docker-compose.yaml I see:
privileged: true
This gives this docker image root access to host system. Why would you need that?

I've just tried to build the Baikal with Docker, but I'm keep getting this error:

apache2: Syntax error on line 219 of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: Could not open configuration file /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default.conf: No such file or directory

When I build I get local-gen not found. Is building docker image on mac supported?

Hello:

I deployed this project on docker and can start it and add users/calendars/events.
Say, I created one user id1 with password pwd and created one calendar calendar1 for id1.

However, when I try syncing with other calendar services using CalDAV protocol, seems the connection fails.

user_id : the id I created id1
password: the password of id1 pwd
calendar: http://domain:port/cal.php/calendars/id1/calendar1/

Is the calendar I provide the correct calendar id for CalDAV sync?
