Spelling mistake

There is a spelling mistake in:

a) The screenshot of the System Update Guide
b) The accessStartup.py file itself

where the statement says "Simply, right!" at the end of the document.

AF_and_files parameter not updating after file removed post-termination

Issue Description

The AF_and_files parameter in the Access Identity model does not update its database-recorded list of stored files in an identity's AccessFolder.

For illustration purposes:

> ABOVE: `trim....` is a file that was removed after the system's runtime was terminated. This causes an error in the displaying of the status of the Access Folder in IIM (Identity Information and Management).

Possible Solutions

Below are some of the potential database recovery solutions that could be used.

1. Update all the parameter's data for every identity during boot pre-processing stage (recommended)
2. Update whenever My Folder page is visited
3. Update when an identity logs in
4. Update when a new file is uploaded (not recommended)

This issue should be fixed before release of v1.0.3

add UERROR of "Username is taken" to create identity process

improve create identity process by including more secure password checks

Windows AA-Report Filename

Update save-report-to-file algorithm to support Windows' list of disallowed characters in filenames.

Colons are not allowed in filenames and hence need to be removed from the name generation algorithm; also, decreasing character count of report ID might make the process nicer.

Improper user error handling for user errors during send OTP stage of create identity process.

The Issue

During the send OTP stage of the create identity process (user is asked to fill out a form prompting for username, email and password), user errors returned by the server are not handled properly by the JS code in createID.js.

User errors are only handled by the makeIdentity() function, not the sendOTP() function.

Possible Solutions

Add an additional if statement to handle user errors returned as responses to the API request made in the sendOTP() function.

Bug found and reported on 3rd May 2023.

CRITICAL ISSUE: Variable updates during boot pre-processing is not transferred to other services (esp. `portal.py`)

!!! REALLY CRITICAL ISSUE !!!

Solution:
Move BC and database recovery code to main workflow instead of putting inside bootFunction() function in main.py.

fix bug where the first dot would be used to get the file extension of an uploaded file;

for e.g:
NSG.Cross_Country.pdf would show up as having the file extension Cross_Country.pdf

complete settings webpages in Access Portal

UI and code for settings for Access is not done

Change updatePassword email text and html to include text that says `Wasn't you? Please click the Forgot your password? link in the Access Homepage to recover your account` (AFTER FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD PROCESS IS COMPLETE)

Include date and time of upload in the upload listing table
