caching subsystems are great, and having the ability to use an in-memory cache, file cache, Memcached, Redis-cached, etc ... is always nice

the Rest() constructor should allow for adding a key that is appended to the URL or added as a custom header

At the moment, when you use fetch within a RN app, the request is not displayed in the Network panel. This is because RN override it... It's pretty annoying during the test / debug phase.

Does that lib fix this issue?

you should steal/borrow the code from jQuery ajax method that keeps an in-memory cache of ETags & Last Modified for 'If-None-Match'/'If-Last-Modified' headers

Minor point I think, but HTTP DELETE doesn't take a POST body.
