Does not work under Swift 4

Hi, I'm unfamiliar with iOS audio development and have been trying to get your example going. I tried porting it to Swift 4. There are no error messages but the render callback function is never called. Any ideas as to how to find the issue? If I get it going I'll supply the fix.
