Component takes input and onChange value should be show in a label.

• Render Signup component
• Signup component has an input and a label
• label shows whatever is entered in the input
• Render Footer component

• Create 4 inputs for [Days, Hours, Minutes, Seconds]
• Hours value ( 0 - 23 )
• Minutes & Seconds value ( 0 - 59 )
• When the input is entered the total calculation to seconds should be shown
• Create the Component test
