In each subject folder, A000****, there are three files:

• Defaced anatomical nifti file (sub-A000*****_ses-NFB3_T1w.nii.gz)

• Skull-stripped image nifti file (sub-A000*****_ses-NFB3_T1w_brain.nii.gz)

• Brain mask nifti file (sub-A000*****_ses-NFB3_T1w_brainmask.nii.gz)

Size of entire dataset is 1.9 GB

Each file is in NiFTI format

Thank you, for sharing the dataset.
Can you pls tell me what are the preprocessing things you did with the raw t1w MRI nii files? I saw some raw t1w niis, those are not quite similar to yours.
