Replace IP API

ipstack isn't properly finding cities for an IP. Use a new provider

Link click tracking

Add a clicks attribute to each shortlink document with a list of clicks. The number of clicks will be determined by the length of this list. Each item in this list will have the datetime of the click and the location (use an IP to location API for this).
