The loop option doesn't work

It's related to the YT Player API, the option is passed correctly, the player doesn't behave as expected.

Add an option to mute the video at the start

It needs to override the default setting of the browser

Remove get-youtube-id dependency and transformation

It shouldn't be a responsibility of this plugin parsing the URL in order to get the YT id.
This kind of transformation should belong to tools that use the library and its plugins.
This way a dependency can be removed and the API is simplified as well.

Add the "start" parameter in plugin config

Actually there's no way to set the start time of the player.
This can be solved by adding an additional config option that handle this feature.
