Web UI Admin Login Issue

Hi I've got this up and running on Azure using the debian image.
When trying to log in to the Web UI I don't seem to be able to get in using any combinations of usernames and passwords.

I've also managed to get into the yml by using ssh and found the admin name, which is [email protected]

Trying that username with the password I created doesn't work either. I then tried to use ejabberdctl to change the password but the error I get for that is "This command can only be run by root or the user ejabberd"

So I'm stuck really...
