[Bug] maxFiles Doesn't Really Work As Intended

Bug report

What I did

I modified the dropzone to allow for a maximum number of files

What I expected to happen

After exceeding the maximum it would not allow for more uploads

What happened

It does not account for existing images

What I've already tried to fix it

If you look at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31627154/dropzone-js-v4-display-existing-files-on-server-with-work-limiting-the-number/31627155#31627155 you will see that you need to load in the images via an init function so that it is accounted for in the count of images. A positive for this is that you can remove the $('.dz-remove-existing') function. In a few days I may be able to create a merge request for this, but I wanted to point it out for now
