It has been reported that sending coins through the QR code does not work properly for ecc

I need some help. I installed the electrum-ecc apk for android. Transferred my coins from coinexchange to the ecc electrum wallet. Checked the transaction on chainz.cryptoid.info and it confirmed but can't see it in account balance on wallet. It keeps showing offline. I checked the network and it says not connected

The installed executable is electrum-ecc-3.3.4.3-ecc-7-gf5243081.exe, whereas the installed shortcut references electrum-3.3.4.3-ecc-7-gf5243081.exe

I am using ver. 4.0.3 of the Windows wallet and it seems that I cannot connect to any of the default servers:

it has ben reported that the copy / paste function adds "bitcoin:" prior to the wallet, so it makes difficult to copy / paste the address

Merge the upstream master branch https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum in to this fork to pull recent fixes and improvements.

Set the default setting of the fee estimation to manual.
