When creating a recurrent record starting in the future, the cron job schedules regardless the starting date.

To fix maybe set the starting date to beginning of the hour/day/month etc.

Recalculate old wallet when editing record

Currently, when only the wallet of a record changes, the old wallet is not being updated accordingly. This is a bug whose fix is to check if the wallet changed and if yes, recalculate the old wallet too.
