Now the major names are not standardised. When adding a case, an user can be required to choose the major from a drop-down menu. After we collect enough precise major info, major-based statistics are made possible and quite meaningful to users.

User can leave notes by replying the email we send to them

It seems not good user experience to click "Detail" to see update dates. Directly showing them in the case list page should be better. Users do care about these dates in addition to add/clear dates.
