rekognition efforts

take a look at level of effort to train rekognition to be not so shitty. see if this is cost prohibitive in any fashion. get_labels, and get_moderation_labels seem ok, but recognize_celebrities is total garbage with defaults.

image blacklist

need to find a decent way to store images in such a way that is space-efficient and can be quickly accessed. most likely going to hash images, and store just the hashes for comparison. would need to take into consideration things like image size, etc that could defeat this.
