Please can you make it compatible with php version 5.6 or more.

I saw that this bundles states to be incompatible with PHP 8 (^7.1). As far as I could see in the few lines of code, it should be compatible. So a new release with ^7.1||^8.0 could be a great thing. :)

• allow Symfony 7 (will be released this month)
• drop Symfony 4 (EOL this month)
• drop PHP 7 (EOL 1 year ago)

I've just included shortid-doctrine-bundle in a Symfony 4.2 project, and started getting a deprecation warning: A tree builder without a root node is deprecated since Symfony 4.2 and will not be supported anymore in 5.0..

This is from pugx\shortid-doctrine-bundle\src\DependencyInjection\Configuration.php:18:

$treeBuilder = new TreeBuilder();
$rootNode = $treeBuilder->root('pugx_shortid_doctrine');
