Multi-Threading and Concurrency

1. Concurrent Merge Sort Implemented concurrent merge-sort (one using processes and other using threads )with selection sort for less than 5 elements. Also added the performance comparison between threaded, concurrent and normal merge sort.

2. Vaccination Drive Simulated System (where Pharmaceutical Company produces vaccines and deliver the vaccine to Vaccination Zone, where It simultaneously create zones and vaccinate students) using mutexes and threads.

3. Musical Mayhem Simulated System ensuring a nice management of 5 types of musicians to perform on 2 types of stages along with maximum waiting time . It uses semaphores, mutexes and threads
