This is a small package with some helpful utilities for vcf files
Current version has two utilities
This function will convert a given vcf file into an excel(.xls) file for quick viewing, filtering and sharing
This function is helpful in creating a dummy vcf file for given positions and genotypes. This is useful when someone has a file in a different format and wants to use annotation/analysis tools which require a vcf format
This package requires the pyvcf python module
