The example requires Lambda to run, which seems unnecessary. It would be nice if we had some instructions on how to run it locally, as I can't use the library as it stands.

Supporting only a single tokenis risky. If the token is lost then the account is unusable without another authentication method which weakens the account. It should be possible to register multiple tokens for an account.
