i want maximum emojis link which i could get

An error for starting the bot

I tried to run this bot and I did the steps according to readme.md, then I faced this error:

Flooding with welcome messages

When people join either @pyrogramchat or @pyrogramlounge the bot sends a captcha to be solved, The issue begins when the bot doesn't delete old welcome messages when there's a new one. It leads to a flooding of welcome messages.

We do not have Captcha here, I really wanted that.
