It contains rather little guidance on appropriate TNs for unskilled students. And it doesn't specify what is meant by a skilled student. This is defined in a comment in the code, but the formula I used isn't something simple enough to present in the text.

This may be mostly fixable by redefining what is meant by a skilled student to something slightly simpler (e.g. X,X,0) and presenting that in the text. Or the table may benefit from a more substantial overhaul.
